My love for midwifery began in my teens, and blossomed into a deep respect and awe for the work of walking with families as they come into their power through pregnancy, birth, and parenting.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Midwifery degree from UBC in 2009, and expanded on my education to become an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant in 2013. My greatest passion is providing evidence-based care with a holistic and individualized approach to help parents meet their goals in growing, birthing, and feeding their babies.

I have enjoyed caring for diverse families in Vancouver, Port Moody, the Comox Valley, Salt Spring Island, and Victoria as a midwife in both team and solo practice models, and as a lactation consultant.

In my free time, I enjoy gardening and going for forest walks with my awesome 4.5 year old kid, and riding to baby visits around Victoria on a bright blue electric bike. I can also be found leading workshops on tongue tie and breastfeeding challenges for health care professionals around BC.

I look forward to supporting your family to meet your baby-feeding goals!
